Addington Fund

The Addington Fund is a registered farming charity and our main area of work is to provide homes for farming families living in England and Wales who have to leave the industry, through no fault of their own, and by doing so will lose their home. In times of emergency and where hardship prevails we may be able to assist with a grant towards certain business costs.




Friends of the Lake District

Friends of the Lake District is an independent charity and the only membership organisation dedicated to protecting and enhancing Cumbria’s landscapes.



Farmer Network 

The Farmer Network Ltd is an independent not for profit company that provides help and support to farmers and their businesses. Formed in 2006, the company currently has more than 1,100 members.

The competition is open to current members of Cumbria YFC and has two age categories; 17 years and under and 18 years and over. Photographs should be taken by individuals (not groups) using a smartphone, camera or a high-tech device.
